PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITES CAREFULLY. By using our websites, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. You should check these Terms and Conditions of Use periodically for changes. By using this website after we post any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use our website. 

Mineral Check Ltd  recommends that you always consult a medical practitioner before following any complementary therapies if you have any symptoms of illness, any diagnosed ailment, or are receiving conventional medication or treatment for any existing condition.  Do not cease conventional treatment or medication for any reason without consulting a doctor. Always inform both our doctor and your complementary medical practitioners of any treatment, medication or remedies, both conventional and unconventional that you are taking, or intending to take.

Mineral Check Ltd and any and all of its directors and staff shall not be held responsible for any claims  relating to illness or ailments that are deemed  to have possibly arisen as a consequence of reading any part or all of the content provided on this website or in related websites or in material produced.  The content may be inapplicable, unsuitable or both to persons suffering from conditions diagnosed or not.

Acceptance of Orders

All orders are accepted by us subject to these conditions of sale.  No Variation of these will conditions will be accepted by us unless previously agreed in writing. Orders will only be binding upon receipt of written, emailed, or telephoned confirmation from the company or individual purchaser. Due to exclusive distriution agreements we are prohibited from accepting orders originating from the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Denmark, El Salvador, Equador, Finland, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Guinea, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand and UAE.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.



All prices excepted where indicated are inclusive of VAT (at the prevailing rate at the time of order acceptance). We reserve the right to alter prices without notification. Extra carriage charges will be levied for European and overseas shipments. For EU customers with a valid VAT number the goods can be shipped ex VAT.



All orders will only be accepted together with payment made by valid and effective credit card or Paypal.


Title of Goods

The seller shall retain title of goods until payment in full of the price and until such payment the buyer shall hold the goods and all items in a fiduciary capacity for the seller.


Delivery Times

Every effort is made to ensure goods are received by the Purchaser within 4 days of receipt of order, although some items may be longer due to being made to order although some times may be longer due to being out of stock. All test results should be returned within 21 days of the date of the sample being received at the Mineral Check Ltd office.  No liability is accepted for loss or damage arising out of delays in delivery.


Damaged goods/short delivery

All goods must be checked at the time of delivery and any accompanying delivery note amended accordingly.  Furthermore we must be notified in writing within three days to ensure that claims may be accepted.



Should goods not be received we must be notified within 7 days of the anticipated delivery date so that appropriate action may be taken on your behalf. Failure to do so will result in replacement goods/credit/refunds not being issued.



In the event of the purchaser not being entirely satisfied with their purchase the following conditions shall apply:

Firstly, telephone our office advising the problem. A valid reason why the goods are to be returned must be made.

The returned goods must be received no later than 10 days from the date of delivery.

We may charge the purchaser a restocking charge. This will be 15% of the invoice value.

All the items that the purchaser is returning are to be in their original packing and must be unopened and must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or delivery note.

We may not accept goods

(a) which have been damaged because of improper handling or abuse and/or
(b) which have been partly opened, partly used, or from which the seals or labels have been removed or tampered with
(c) which have an expiry date of less than 12 months

Should the purchaser fail to observe any of the above points this will result in credit/refund not being issued.  All goods are returned at purchaser’s responsibility unless incorrect goods selection and shipping was made at Mineral Check Ltd. We suggest that both certificates of postage and adequate insurance are obtained. We accept no responsibility for goods lost during return transit.


Specification /Description / Price of Goods

We reserve the right to alter any specification including the price of any given product and to withdraw any item without explanation or notification.



We make no representation as to the fitness or suitability of the goods for any purpose whatsoever. In no circumstances shall any breach of contract or tortuous act (including negligence) our part or failure of any kind on our part or that of our employees or agents give rise to any liability or loss of revenue or any consequential loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever. 


Force majeure

If we are hindered or prevented from performing any contract owing to any cause beyond our reasonable control or by our inability to produce some products we may at our sole option delay the performance or cancel the whole or any part of the contract and we shall not be held responsible for such delay or cancellation or any inability to deliver.



Risk shall pass to the purchaser from the date of delivery of goods.


Cancellation of goods

We endeavour to meet purchaser individual requirements but we shall be under no obligation to accept cancellations or amendments to any order or part of an order. Where such cancellations or amendments are accepted it is on the understanding that a cancellation or amendment charge may be levied


Proper Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed according to the English Law and the purchaser submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms of trade will prevail over any conditions that shall be issued by the customer. Customers should not rely on any representations made by staff as they do not form part of the contract or collateral contract.

Privacy Statement and Privacy Policy

Mineralcheck Ltd is commited to ensuring your privacy is protected.  We do ask you to provide certain information and  you can rest assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.  We may collect the following information:

Name and address; contact inforamtion including email address and telephone number, demographic information such as postcode and occupation and, if you undertake an laboratory test, then we will need to collect information relevant to your mineral test including details of health conditions.   

We require this information to understand your needs and to supply your services. Where you are undertaking a laboratory test we may use the information to personalise the report for you.  We may peridically send promotional emails about new products, service offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email addresss you have provided.  Before doing this we will ensure you have the opportunity to opt out of direct mailings.

We are committed to ensuring your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial proceedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We will not sell distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
